yepps.today for pe ran 2.4km.long time never run already so it was quite difficult but slowly managed to get use to it.
MY METHODS FOR RUNNING 2.4km at EAST COAST PARK
METHOD 1 :
always look in front of you and never look down onto your foot path beacuse if you see how slow you run then you will want to stop as you may think:" If im running this slow,might as well i walk so i can rest."
METHOD 2 :
enjoy the scenery at east coast park because how often you go to there to JOG BY THE SEA and somemore there got fresh air so while running please take in deep breaths and smell the fresh air.
METHOD 3 :
never give up and strive for the best
METHOD 4 :
do not run so fast when you just started jogging cos this will make you lose your energy faster.But towards the end of the finishing line, RUN FOR IT!
Angela is not only crippled but visually handicapped.Thank God her other foot is not sprained but i'll help her sprain it by pushing her down the stairs because spraining another leg doesnt make a difference for her.SO WATCH OUT ANGELA!
